MOBIL HOME RENTAL GENERAL CONDITIONS

Reservation

- is effective from Saturday to Saturday
- is confirmed only upon receipt of the reservation form, accompagned by a deposit
- is for a specific person, and cannot be transferred to another person

Payment

- Prepayment corresponding to 30% of the price of the stay and 6,5 euro for reservation fees, to be received at the same time as the reservation form
- Prepayment are accepted only in Euro, by check or by credit card (secured payment on line)
- The balance of rent is to be paid upon arrival, after receiving the keys and visiting the campground.
- Payments by international Euro checks incur an added bank charge, to be paid upon arrival.

Voucher

-Our voucher sent by postal mail will confirm the final reservation. It indicates the date of arrival and departure, the reference of your reservation according to the data that you communicated us, the amount of the stay, the amount of the prepayment received, the amount of the reservation fees

Arrival

- Arrivals after 3 p.m. For arrivals after 8 p.m., please warn the reception.
- The maximum delay for arrival is the day after the date marked on the reservation form, before 3 p.m. unless the Camping le Val de Cagnes has been informed by telephone, fax or e-mail, of a last-minute difficulty.

Departure

- Departures are on Saturday, before 10 a.m. Upon returning the keys, a visit of the premises will be made to verify the condition.
Cancellations:
- Up until one month before the date of arrival written on the confirmation of reservation, the deposit will be reimbursed, minus one day per week cancelled.
- Less than 30 days before the date of arrival, no reimbursement will be made.

Animals

The mobile-homes and trailers rented by the Camping le Val de Cagnes.

Cleaning

- We ensure full cleaning before your arrival
- The rental must be left clean (kitchen, refrigerator, trashcans emptied…)
- If a rental is not left in a good state of cleanliness and maintenance, 30 € minimum will be billed.

Security deposit

- A security deposit of 150 € is asked at your arrival. This deposit will be returned to you after verifying the condition of the premises.

Services

- Access to the swimming pool is included in the weekly cost.
- Possibility of renting sheets (please note on the reservation)
- Pair of sheets for a bed 140 cm wide 9.90 € per week
- Pair of sheets for a bed 70 cm wide 6.85 € per week Visits:
- The visitor fee is 3 € per person per day ( 10a.m. – 9.30 p.m.), giving access to the swimming pool.
- Visitors should park their cars outside the campground.

Camping general conditions and terms

-The reservation is personal and cannot be entrusted to a third.
-The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the reservation form fully completed, accompagned by a prepayment and according to our availabilities

Payment

- 6,5 euro for reservation fees and 30% of the total price to be received at the same time as the reservation form

Animals

-They are accepted according to following conditions : presentation of the notebook of vacciation, must be held leaves some.
Dogs of category 2 are not allowed.

Campground rules and regulation

The campers are obliged to comply with the campground rules and regulations, notably concerning night-time quiet. The rules and regulations are available from the reception of the campground.
